Lastest Worms! News:
After 5 years of development, we've finally stopped working on it. Some things we promised didn't find their way into the game, but you can bet it's still loads of fun!

What is Worms!?:
Worms! is a 2D platform shooter, with several weapons and grenades, some custom settings, and even a level editor. There are three settings, Slayer, Capture the Flag, and Oddball. You can play FFA (oddball or slayer) or a team game (with even or uneven teams, on slayer, CTF or oddball). And if you get bored just playing with a bunch of bots, grab a friend and play two player.

Getting to know the community:
As of now, Worms! is basically a community project. The source has been released (to a select few people) who are now modding the game, and finishing where we left off. You'll find more about this on the Worms! Forum (see the Forum link in the navigation), as well you'll find other community contributions such as a Worms! Level Sharing website.

Being a part of the forum:
The Forum has lots of bot activity. Because of this we've set up our own way of detecting bots (and it's worked wonders so far). When you register on the forum, you'll come to a message that says your account is waiting to be approved by an administrator. Below you'll see a link, telling you to click it. Click it and proceed to the next page. Click the link at the bottom of that page (telling you to ignore everything else on the page), and type in your username. Once you've done that, I will eventually approve your account. I try to check it daily.
